Rocky Road with Cinnamon Toast Crunch

This is a real treat to have a birthday party or celebration. It's so easy and quick to whip in advance too. The chocolate, soft marshmallows with the crunchy Cinnamon Toast and nuts makes this a delectable party nibble.

Ingredients

  • 400g dark or milk chocolate

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch

  • (optional 1 cup mixed nuts)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl over a simmering pan of hot water

  2. Leave to cool for 5 – 10 minutes

  3. Stir in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and marshmallows, and nuts if you’re using them

  4. Pour into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and leave to chill in the fridge until hard

  5. Roughly 2 hours

  6. Once it’s hardened use a sharp knife and cut into chunks
