Peanut Butter Power Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1 glass

This smoothie will give you boost of energy you need for breakfast in the morning and it takes 2 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 x banana

  • 1 x cup ice cubes

  • 1 cup milk (or any non dairy milk)

  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  • 1 tbsp honey (Or agave)

  • 2 heaped tbsp. peanut butter smooth (vegan PB if vegan)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together until smooth using a food processor or smoothie blender

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy
