Iced Green Tea Latte Frapp

This drink uses the Japanese green tea matcha powder which is a powerful source of anti oxidants, which makes it a super healthy drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup milk (soy, almond or dairy- your preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey / agave
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. Mix the matcha powder and hot water together first to a smooth paste
  2. Add the honey
  3. Pour into a blender with your ice and milk and whiz together
