Good Old Stuffing - Pork, Orange and Sage

It's Christmas! Time to get all your trimmings sorted and so here is my recipe for a festive stuffing...

Ingredients

  • 500g 2 ½ cups -sausage meat
  • 140g / 2 ½ cups bread crumbs (3 slices of bread)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ½ the juice of 1 orange
  • Big handful of fresh sage or 2 tsp of dried sage
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to Gas 5 or 190c / 375F
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Roll into balls or use it to stuff the turkey
  4. If you’re cooking it separately to the turkey, roll into balls and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
  5. Merry Christmas
