Beef Teriyaki Noodles with Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce ® easy and quick dinner to whip up!

Ingredients

  • Approx 200g piece of sirloin or rump steak (steak big enough for 2 peeps)

  • 100g – handful of Tenderstem broccoli

  • 1 small brown onion sliced

  • 5 spring onions washed and finely sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced

  • 4 tbsp Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki

  • 200g fresh / or soaked noodles

  • 2 tbsp sunflower / groundnut oil

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing all your ingredients

  2. Thinly slice the beef, onions, spring onions, broccoli in half again, and garlic

  3. If using dried noodles make sure they are soaked and ready to cook

  4. Heat the oil in a large wok until hot – you need a high temperature and to be quick now!

  5. Add the garlic, then the beef, stir fry for 30 seconds so beef starts browning

  6. Add the broccoli and onions, stir-fry for another 30 seconds together

  7. Add the Soy Vay sauce, then the noodles and half of the spring onions

  8. Stir-fry for another minute or so and combine everything together

  9. Serve in bowls with the remaining spring onions sprinkled on top
