Caroline launched a YouTube cooking show in the UK, which she filmed and produced herself. She was discovered by TV, and since then she has cooked her way across the USA for BBC’s America’s Chef Race and filmed her own series for Malaysian TV called Simply Caroline. In addition she has collaborated with other celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver, Sophie Michell, Jo Pratt and Gee Charman. Born in London, she now lives in Santa Monica with her daughter. Caroline then went on to be Co-Founder of The Great American Fries Co. voted one of the best fries in LA, and is a published author of three cook-books, Beauty Foods, Natural Beauty Masks and The Gorgeous Kitchen.
