Caroline Artiss trained as a chef when she was 15, and has been in the food world with over 20 years experience. Executive Consultant Chef of The Gorgeous Kitchen in Heathrow Terminal 2 – The Queens Terminal, voted No1 Airport Restaurant in the World by the Daily Mail in 2015

Caroline launched a YouTube cooking show in the UK, which she filmed and produced herself. She was discovered by TV, and since then she has cooked her way across the USA for BBC’s America’s Chef Race and filmed her own series for Malaysian TV called Simply Caroline. In addition she has collaborated with other celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver, Sophie Michell, Jo Pratt and Gee Charman. Born in London, she now lives in Santa Monica with her daughter .

Her new cook book Beauty Foods is due for release November 2016
